Ah-Beetz Pizza Shop is a commercial tenant improvement project involving the adaptive reuse of a former restaurant space in Marietta, Georgia. USArchiTech provided full architectural services to transform the existing layout into a functional, brand-aligned pizza establishment.
The design focused on efficient kitchen workflow, optimized customer circulation, and full compliance with life-safety and building codes. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were carefully coordinated to support commercial kitchen operations while maintaining a welcoming and contemporary dining environment.
As the first Georgia location of a growing franchise, the project was developed with future expansion in mind, establishing a scalable prototype for additional branches across the state.
