Stockbridge Liquor Store is a 12,000 square-foot commercial remodeling project involving the adaptive reuse of an existing building in Stockbridge, Georgia.
USArchiTech provided full architectural and interior design services to convert the structure into a fully operational retail liquor store. The project included interior reconfiguration, exterior elevation redesign, and comprehensive coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers to meet the operational and code requirements of the new occupancy.
A complete construction and permitting document set was prepared to ensure compliance with applicable building codes and facilitate a smooth approval process.
