To maximize the surrounding landscape, the design incorporates a large second-level front porch, rear sunrooms, and multiple decks that extend the living spaces outward. A finished basement provides additional entertainment and gathering areas.
The layout includes a primary suite, three additional bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms, organized around an open-concept family room, dining area, and kitchen. A three-car garage and second-level loft offer additional functional living space.
