West Paces Ferry Rd House

West Paces Ferry House is a major remodeling and expansion project located on one of Atlanta’s most prestigious streets in Buckhead. The original 4,000 square-foot residence was transformed into an 8,000 square-foot custom estate through extensive renovation and new construction.
As part of the redesign, most of the existing interior walls were removed to create an open-concept floor plan, maximizing spatial flow and natural light through large-scale windows. A large folding glass door system connects the kitchen to the covered patio, creating seamless indoor–outdoor living when fully opened.
The exterior features smooth stucco, natural stone accents, a clay tile roof, and a prominent arched entry, establishing a timeless architectural presence. The home includes a primary suite with fireplace and private balcony, four additional ensuite bedrooms, a three-car garage, covered patios on each level, and outdoor amenities including a pool and jacuzzi.
